SAKRETE® Damp Seal
Damp Seal® reacts with moisture within the core structure of concrete to produce a non-soluble crystallized “plug”.
AVAILABLE IN: Resealable plastic tubs.
USE: Recommended to damp proof concrete foundations, basement floors, slabs, tanks, and concrete pipe. Forms a hardened surface that will not crack.
YIELD: At a recommended thickness of 1/16”, 1 lb. of Damp Seal will cover up to 6 square feet, depending on surface conditions.

Limitations
- DAMP SEAL® is not a product designed to create an impermeable or wearing surface. DAMP SEAL® is a damp-proofer which still allows the concrete to “breathe”. Exceeding recommended water additions will result in inferior physical properties. Apply in temperatures of 5 – 20°C (40 – 70°F).
- Liability for damages or defective goods shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price or replacement.
