Martha Riley Library

Earning LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC LEED rating system, the 36,000 square foot library and interactive display facility utilizes Precision and Split Face CMUs for its exterior. Energy Efficient HVAC and lighting systems contribute to a 30% improvement over Title 24 standards. Recycled content, low-VOC, and regionally produced materials help minimize the building’s ecological footprint while creating a dynamic learning and research environment.
